Inadvertently, while passing order on 18/07/2023 it is mentioned that "The respondent nos.1 to 3 are at liberty to withdraw the earlier deposited amount of Rs.2,82,743/- alongwith accrued interest as well as balance amount which the appellant is depositing alongwith accrued interest".

In fact, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the driver and Insurance Company. Therefore, the order dated 18/07/2023 needs to be corrected as follows : "Respondent No.1 is at liberty to withdraw the earlier deposited amount of Rs.2,82,743/- alongwith accrued interest as well as balance amount which the appellant is depositing alongwith accrued interest."
