The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1 on the ground that the reasons assigned are not sufficient.

Having perused the reasons assigned by the claimant, it does not appear that the delay as caused is deliberate. The delay is condoned subject to the applicant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced, for the period from 03/05/2014 till date.

Civil application is disposed of.
