By this application, the applicant is seeking the transfer of the proceeding from Pune to Nagpur. 2.

The ground raised by the applicant is that the distance between Nagpur to Pune is around 700 k.m. The applicant further states that she has already filed the proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of maintenance at Nagpur and she is having a small child of three years old.

The non-applicant, who appeared in the matter, candidly states that he has no objection for transfer of the proceedings from Pune to Nagpur.

Hence, in view of no objection of the non-applicant, the application is allowed.

The proceeding i.e. Hindu Marriage Petition No.363/2024 be transferred from the file of 7th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional C.J.M., Pune to the Family Court at Nagpur.

The learned 7th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional C.J.M., Pune is directed to transfer the record and

The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court at Nagpur on 17.11.2025.
