We permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to prefer a departmental appeal challenging the order of the Disciplinary Authority.

According to Mr. C.S. Samudra, the appeal lies before the Board of Directors.

If an appeal is preferred within the next two weeks, the Appellate Authority shall, after hearing the petitioner, decide the appeal within six weeks by passing a reasoned order.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
