Advocate Shri Purohit with appellant and Advocate Shri Masood Shareef with respondent tender an application for recording of compromise and disposal of present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act in terms thereof.

Respondent - wife had filed petition No.A.359 of 2012 before the Family Court No.2, Nagpur seeking declaration of nullity of marriage. Proceedings were instituted on 13th of April, 2012 and allowed on 22nd of May, 2015. This judgment and decree in questioned in present appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act.

The appellant and respondent are identified by their counsel and they state that they have agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned in the application presented to this Court.

Application is signed on each page by parties

In view of joint request made by parties, we grant prayer made in the Civil Application and dispose of the appeal in terms thereof.

Decree be drawn in terms of settlement.

No costs.
