Mr. Sadavarte, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
As the withdrawal is unconditional the learned advocates for the respondents have no objection. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
In the circumstances, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the record of the civil suit within four weeks, failing which the learned trial Judge shall pass appropriate order for the non-compliance.
