WRIT PETITION NO. 5646 OF 2013 Ashok Datta Lavhare -vsState of Maharashtra and others ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Office notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's Orders.

or directions and Registrar's orders.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mr. S.D.Chopde, counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. A.S.Fulzele, Addl.G.P.for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. Mr. A.S.Kilor, counsel for the respondent No.4. CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A NAIK & KUM. INDIRA JAIN, JJ.

DATE : 27.09.2016.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondents to absorb the petitioner in the respondent No.4-School, as the school in which the petitioner was working, was de-recognised. The petitioner has also sought a direction against the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner for the period during which he was not permitted to join in the school in which he was absorbed.

Shri Chopde, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the school in which the petitioner was earlier working has regained recognition and the petitioner has joined in the school in which he was appointed and working till it was de-recognised. The learned counsel states that the grievance in regard to the absorption of the petitioner stands redressed and the petitioner would agitate the issue in regard to the payment of salary before the appropriate Authorities.

In view of the statement made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. The question in regard to the entitlement of the petitioner for salary is kept open. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
