ORDER

(Passed on 13th July, 2019) 1] The parties with their Counsel state that they have settled the claim and the terms of compromise have been placed in writing which is marked as "X" for identification.

2] Parties settled the claims in full and final settlement for Rs.7,06,180/- inclusive of no fault liability. (See 'X') 3] The claim amount has been already deposited. Hence, Amount due as per settlement is allowed to be withdrawn by the claimants. Balance amount with accrued interest is allowed to be refunded as per 'X'. 4] Claimant(s) shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court alongwith accrued rate of interest. 5] Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules. 6] There is no reason to refuse this compromise.
