This is an application for withdrawal of Rs.9,07,472/- (Rs. Nine Lacs Seven Thousand Four hundred and Seventy Two only) deposited by the appellants.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Considering the reasons stated in this application, the applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the

2 36.caf.2325.2023 75 % amount on usual undertaking and remaining 25 % on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to the effect that amount will be refunded with interest, in case the appeal is allowed.
