By this application, the appellants seeking for stay to the Execution and Operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara. The present appeal is preferred by the owner of the vehicle against the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara. 3.

The appellants have already been deposited the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interests.

In view of that, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till disposal of the appeal.
