The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the Office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

As such, two weeks time is granted as prayed subject to payment of costs of Rupees One Thousand to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week from today. Receipt of such payment shall be placed on record by the returnable date.

If the costs are not paid and the Office objections are not removed within the aforesaid period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
