By this application the petitioner intents to raise a challenge to the order passed by the Family Court below Exhibit 51. It is submitted that in the light of this order, the learned Judge of the Family Court was pleased to pass order below Exhibit 56.

Though the prayer as made is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, considering the nature of amendment proposed, the same is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
