DATE : 25.8.2015 This application is filed by the respondents 1 and 3/Management stating that they intend to challenge the order passed by this Court on 19th August, 2015 and it is prayed that the execution and implementation of the order passed on 19th August, 2015 be stayed for 12 weeks. Though the prayer as made by the respondents 1 and 3 cannot be granted, considering the facts stated in paragraph no.5 of the application, the order passed by this Court on 19th August, 2015 is kept in abeyance for a period of 8 weeks. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
