This application is taken out by the original respondent 1 for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in the disposed of writ petition. 2.

A praecipe is filed stating that copy of the application is served to the learned counsel who appeared for the petitioner.

Considering that the amount was deposited, in lieu of the arrears of maintenance, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount.

The withdrawal shall be unconditional and no security shall be insisted by the Registry.
