Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record a communication dated 10.11.2021, in terms of which, the petitioner is now redeployed at Nagpur. 3.

This communication is taken on record.

Shri Rohit Masurkar, learned counsel agrees that petitioner's grievance regarding redeployment has been redressed by communication dated 10.11.2021. Shri Rohit Masurkar, however, points out that there is some issue relating to payment of salary. According to us, this issue cannot be gone into in present writ petition, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate that issue before the appropriate forum, if grievance in that regard still survives.
