These are the applications seeking the delay of 1295 days in preferring the applications for setting aside abatement of the appeal as against the deceased Respondent No.1 and for bringing the legal heirs on record of Respondent No.1. 2.

Shri Agnihotri, learned counsel appearing for Appellant has no objection, if the applications are allowed. 3.

Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the applications, let the delay of 1295 days in making an application for setting aside abatement of the appeal as against the deceased Respondent No.1 be condoned, the abatement be set aside and the legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph 1 of the application be brought on record.

Let the entire exercise including necessary amendments in the appeal be completed within a period of three weeks from today.

The civil applications accordingly stand disposed. FIRST APPEAL NO.533 OF 2015 6.

Let a copy of the memo of appeal alongwith complete annexures be served upon Respondents within a period of six weeks and an affidavit of service be filed in this Court by the next date.
