DATED : JULY 28, 2016 In view of report of Investigating Officer to trial Court that dispute is of civil nature, Shri Agrawal on behalf of applicants submits that respondent nos.2 and 3 have to take necessary steps in accordance with law in the matter.

Adv. Babrekar appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that respondent nos.2 and 3 shall proceed further before trial Court as per law. In this situation, it is apparent that prayers made in the criminal applications do not survive. Hence, leaving all rival contentions open

2/3 and with liberty to parties to take such other steps as are open to them in law, we dispose of the criminal applications. No costs.
