DATE :- AUGUST 30, 2022 While considering prayer clause (i) in the writ petition, the learned Assistant Government Pleader was directed to seek instructions from the learned Joint Charity Committee as regards the final adjudication of Appeal No.70/2022 which is pending before the said Authority. It was stated that the arguments in the said appeal have been heard and the proceedings have been kept for judgment on 07.09.2022. However the elections to the public Trust are to be conducted on 04.09.2022 and in that context, such request was made for expeditious consideration of the said appeal.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from the learned Joint Charity Commissioner submits that on 01.09.2022 the appeal would be decided on merits. In view of aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner to inform the counsel representing for the respondents before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner that the judgment in the appeal being Appeal No.70/2022 would be delivered on 01.09.2022. The parties shall appear before the learned Joint

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
