DATED : 28-07-2025 The respondent-Insurance Company has filed this application for permission to deposit additional compensation amount in the Court as per order dated 22/03/2025 passed by the panel of LokAdalat and to waive interest on it for the period from 22/03/2025 till today as it is stated that copy of the order dated 22/03/2025 has not been uploaded till this date and therefore office is not accepting the cheque of compensation amount, for which learned Advocate for the appellants has no objection.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection of the learned Advocate for the appellants, the application is allowed as prayed.

The applicant is permitted to deposit the additional amount of compensation as per the order dated 22/03/2025 by 01/08/2025. No further time will be granted.

Upon deposit of said amount, the appellants, i.e. original claimants, are permitted to withdraw the same as per the award of the Tribunal and the order of the Lok-Adalat within five weeks thereafter. Civil Application is disposed of. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Asmita
