We are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the petitioners' complaints are pending with regard to the unauthorized construction with the respondent since long. Last complaint is of dated 18.07.2014 and which is stated to be not decided till this date.

Therefore, in the interest of justice, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the representation/ complaint of the petitioners, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within six months.

The petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
