The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that during pendency of this Criminal Application charge sheet has been filed and therefore, he desires to approach the Sessions Court for grant of pre-arrest protection. For said purpose he seeks withdrawal of this application. He further submitted that a limited protection be granted to the applicant to enable him to approach to the Sessions Court.

In view of above position, Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 29.10.2021 shall remain in operation for a period of one week from today, to enable the applicant to apply for interim protection before the Sessions Court. This interim protection shall cease to operate after one week.

Needless to mention that the Sessions Court shall deal with the said application independently, in accordance with law without getting influenced by the interim order passed by this Court.
