Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that she wishes to withdraw the present application to file a statutory revision before the Revisional Court. Prayer is accepted. If the Revision is filed within a period of four weeks from today and if the Revision is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, it is expected from the Revisional Court to consider the same looking to the pendency of the proceedings before this Court, and shall decide it in accordance with law.

With this observation, the application is allowed to be withdrawn.
