Learned Counsel Shri Gandhi has invited our attention to the communication issued by the Investigating Officer i.e. Police Inspector, Anti Corruption Bureau, Buldhana thereby intimating the Sub Registrar, Mehkar, District Buldhana, not to register any of the documents, including Transfer Deeds in relation to the Petitioner's property without the prior permission of the said Officer.

Learned Addl. P.P. Shri Ghodeswar upon instructions, submits that the aforesaid intimation has to be read to mean that without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer, the Petitioner shall not effect transfer of any of his immovable property by executing a registered document.

In view of aforesaid clarification, we do not see any reason to cause interference. Apart from above no other issue is canvassed. Hence the Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
