DATE : FEBRUARY 21 , 2018.

The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is against the respondent no.2-National Horticulture Board to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of subsidy. Shri Akbani, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, states that the application for grant of subsidy is required to be decided by the State Level Committee and as and when the next meeting of the State Level Committee would be held, the claim of the petitioner would be considered.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.

Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction against the respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner for subsidy in the first meeting of the State Level Committee that would be held in the immediate future.

Order accordingly. No costs.
