By this application, the respondents/claimants made a prayer to permit them to withdraw the balance amount of Rs.26,61,530/- with accrued interest thereon. 3.
According to the respondent, this amount is lying with the registry of this Court and therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw the same.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as prayed for.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.3178 of 2025 6.

By this application, direction is sought against the appellant to deposit the balance amount of Rs.64,09,633/-. The claimants have given specific calculations for this balance amount. The appellant, who is supposed to deposit this amount as per the directions of this Court, place on record the
2 9.caf.3640.2025 communication of respondent no.1 dated 10.10.2025 stating that they need further 10 weeks' time to deposit the balance amount with the registry of this Court.

During the course of hearing, the Court has asked the appellant to give specific date so that the amount should be deposited positively to the registry of this Court. 9.
Accordingly, the appellant undertake to deposit the balance amount to the registry of this Court on or before 31st March, 2026.

It is made clear that failure on the part of appellant to deposit the balance amount with this Court, this Court will pass the necessary orders in the matter. (PRAVIN S. PATIL , J.
