By this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order of the Grievance Committee, Nagpur dated 24.8.2006, directing the petitioner-Sanstha to reinstate the respondent no.3 on the post of Assistant Teacher.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitionermanagement decided to reinstate the respondent no.3 on the post of Assistant Teacher and send the proposal in that regard to the Education Officer (Secondary). The consent terms, on which the petitioners and the respondent no.3 decided to settle the matter, are placed on record.

The Education Officer has now communicated to the Education Society and the Principal, by the communication dated 15.7.2016, that if the reinstatement of the respondent no.3 is in adherence with the staff justification and if the respondent no.3 qualifies for holding the post, necessary steps for granting approval to the reinstatement would be taken. In view of the statements recorded hereinabove and in view of the settlement between the petitioners and the respondent no.3 and the assurance of the Education Officer, vide communication dated 15.7.2016, we dispose of the writ petition,

With the disposal of the writ petition, Civil Application [W] No.1315/2016 also stands disposed of.
