Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with direction to the respondents to refund the security deposit. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner was called upon to update the correct bank details on web portal by 09.11.2023 to facilitate the timely refund. The petitioner having failed to comply with the said directions within stipulated time, it is not possible to refund the security deposit.

The petitioner has not submitted the bank details within the stipulated time only due to pendency of this petition. Considering the said fact, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to refund the security deposit as permissible under the rules.
