The applicant is seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment passed by the reference Court. For the reasons disclosed in the application, the same stands allowed subject to condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of three months from today, failing which the order of interim relief passed by this Court shall stand vacated without further reference to Court and the respondent-land owners will be at liberty to initiate execution proceedings.
