Petitioner has continued at Gondia only from 2007 onwards till today except for brief period from March 2014 to 20.12.2014.

In March, 2014, he was sent to Sakoli which is less than 50 Kilometers from Gondia. He was brought back to Gondia on 20.12.2014 on request. Thereafter, again, he has been in Gondia.

Against transfer order dated 31.5.2017, he has made representation and because of that representation and some pending work, he has been permitted to work

Submission is, on 15.7.2017 he has been asked to be ready to be relieved from Gondia to join at Amravati. The distance between two stations is about 255 kilometers. Advocate Shri. Meghe submits that normally transfers can not be effected unless and until person completes 3 years at a station. He further points out petitioner has only 32 months service left before his superannuation. The petitioner has come to Gondia on request on 20.12.2014.

In this situation, we find that petitioner has practically continued for past 9 to 10 years at Gondia only.

We, are therefore, not inclined to intervene in writ jurisdiction. Rejected.
