By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appellant.

While releasing the appellant on bail considering the gravity of the offence, this Court imposed the condition that he shall not enter into the village Salekasa, District Gondia till completion of the trial. 4.

At this stage, no case is made out for relaxation of the condition. The apprehension of tampering of the witnesses is still there.

Hence, the application deserves to be rejected.

Accordingly, the application is hereby rejected.
