It is common ground that though the Special Leave Petition challenging the judgment of the High Court is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the employer has deposited the amount, which according to the employer is due and payable to the employee.

The learned counsel for the employee Mr. Sharma would submit that the right to dispute the quantum of the dues may be reserved with the employee. 3.

Without prejudice, and reserving the right of the employee to question the calculations, the contempt petition is disposed of.
