Prayer is to condone delay of 165 days in filing the first appeal. Reasons for delay are mentioned in paras 3 and 4 of the application.

Though the application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, the delay in filing the first appeal stands condoned. However, the applicants shall not claim interest on the enhanced amount of compensation from 29.11.2013 till today.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Gulande
