This civil application filed by the applicants/respondent no.8 and 9 seeks extension of time of three months to comply with the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 12/12/2018.

It is material to note that the civil application was filed on 23/07/2019 and three months' time is already over long back, in spite of which, no compliance has been done. A statement has been made that the Hon'ble Apex Court is seized of the matter and notices have been issued,

The judgment dated 12/12/2018 directs recovery of the arrears, payable to the petitioner in terms of the said judgment, considering which, the entire arrears in terms of the judgment shall be deposited in this Court by the respondent nos.8 and 9 within a period of two weeks from today. The question of disbursement or release of the said amount shall be considered, after the decision of the special leave petition filed by the respondent nos.8 and 9, in consonance with the decision rendered.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
