After hearing this matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial of the applicant is not completed within a reasonable period of time, which may be of about three months.

In view of above, leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. It is directed that the Trial Court shall dispose of the sessions case filed against the applicant and the coaccused within three months in accordance with law, from the next date of appearance of the accused. In case, the trial is not completed within three months and the bail application is also filed by the applicant before the Trial Court on the ground that the trial is not completed within the stipulated period of time and that there is a delay in trial, the application shall be decided by the Trial Court without being influenced by the observations of this Court.
