The civil application seeks to deposit 50% of the compensation amount as permitted to be withdrawn by the order dated 01/04/2022 in the account of the respondent no.1-B, who is the power of attorney holder for the respondent nos.1-A to C and D.

The order dated 01/04/2022 permits withdrawal of 50% of the compensation amount in equal proportion with interest accrued thereon to the respondent nos.1-A to 1-D. In case the RTGS details of the accounts of the respondent nos.1-A to 1-D are placed on record, the office then can be

CAF 2069 of 2022.odt directed to transmit these amounts in the respective accounts of the respondent nos.1-A to 1-D, considering which, the civil application is dismissed and the respondent nos.1-A to 1-D are directed to place the RTGS details of their respective accounts with the Registry of this Court. Upon the same being furnished, the Registry shall transmit the amounts in the accounts of the respondent nos.1-A to 1-D in terms of the order dated 01/04/2022.

The identity of the respondent nos.1-A to 1-D can be virtually verified in case there is any difficulty for their personally approaching the Registry for the purpose of verification.
