The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for permitting him to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection, as the appeal was dismissed on 02.04.2016. In view of the same, the application is allowed. 3.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court, if any. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount into the bank account of the applicant within four weeks upon the applicant furnishing their bank account details to the Registry.
