Heard Shri A.S. Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri U. Aurangabadkar, ASGI for respondent No.1, Ms. Neerja Choubey, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, Shri P.S. Tembhare, learned AGP for respondent No. 3 and Shri P.W. Mirza, learned counsel for respondent No.

In furtherance of Court order dated 16.08.2018, the Committee of respondent No. 2 has taken a decision to hold re-examination of the Centre of respondent No. 4, which forms subject matter of present writ petition. 3.
The learned ASGI, upon instructions, states that such re-examination shall be conducted within a period of 15 days. He seeks leave to declare result of other students. According to him, the students who may not have faired well in the examination, after learning about their result may go for some other discipline or course, thereby
2008wp4189.18 exercising their choices. If the declaration of result is postponed, their choices will be adversely affected. 4.
In this situation, accepting the statement made by the learned ASGI, we direct respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to hold such re-examination of Centre of respondent No. 4 in respect of Ayurveda stream within a period of 15 days from today.

We permit respondent No. 2 to declare the result of other centres/ students for this examination so that the choices of students who want to shift to some other discipline or branch, are not affected. However, admission process after All India Post Graduate August Entrance Test, 2018, shall not commence till the result of the petitioners is declared.

With these directions, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
