The respondent No.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of amount as per calculation sheet. The respondent No.1 is entitled for Rs.16,28,265/- out of total compensation of Rs.18,29,682/- deposited by the appellant on 19.03.2018. The respondent No.1 has already been withdrawn an amount of Rs.14,00,000/- from the total compensation amount deposited by the appellant.

Now the respondent No.1 is praying to withdraw the remaining balance amount of Rs.2,28,265/-.

The appellant has filed pursis along with calculation sheet and according to the said calculation sheet, the amount of Rs.2,01,417/- is required to be refunded to the appellant. The calculation sheet is not disputed and earlier amount has already been withdrawn by the respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the remaining balance compensation amount of Rs.2,28,265/-.

Registry is directed to refund the amount of Rs.2,01,417/- to the original appellant along with accrued interest, if any.
