By order dated 08/02/2024, this Court has imposed the condition that the applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Appellate Court i.e. District and Sessions Court, Nagpur without prior permission of the said Court.

This condition is imposed only with intent that the appellant shall not flee away.

At this stage, there is no ground made out to cancel the said condition.

4.

The applicant shall file an appropriate application before the District Court to seek permission to travel.

5.

The application is rejected.
