Heard.
This is an application by the applicant u/s.24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of APetition No.49 of 2014 from the Family Court at Kolhapur to Family Court at Akola in the larger interest of justice on the ground that it is impossible for the applicant to transfer a long distance upto Kolhapur from Akola. She is also having 10 years old son by name Aditya, though at present he is in custody of the respondent. The applicant is residing at Akola with her parents.
According to the learned Counsel for the respondent, applicant was employed in February, 2014 in Pune. However, it is the case of the applicant that she could not continue with the job and she left that employment and now she is staying with her parents. Under these circumstances, the application is allowed.

The learned Family Court Judge, Akola to dispose of the same expeditiously by causing least inconvenience to the parties for attendance on the hearing of the petition. The application is allowed accordingly.
