Learned AGP Mrs. A.R. Kulkarni for appellants-State submits that she has received the communication dated 01.04.2019 from Law and Judiciary Department, Civil Lines, Nagpur instructing her to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw the appeal by filing Pursis St. No.6559/2019 dated 2.5.2019 to that effect. Permission granted.

In view of above, learned AGP is allowed to withdraw the appeal. First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. There shall be refund of court fees as per rules.
