DATED : 5-12-2024 By present application, the applicant is seeking to condone delay of 315 days in filing application for restoration of writ petition which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that delay has occurred because the petitioner approached the authority for obtaining documents for removal of office objections, however, he could not get it in time. Learned counsel undertakes to remove office objections within seven working days, if the writ petition is restored on file.

In view of assurance so given and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The petitioner shall remove office objections within seven working days, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed with costs of Rs. 5,000/- without further reference to this Court. Costs in such eventuality shall be deposited with the Library, High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

If the office objections are removed, process the writ petition as per rules.
