In the present matter, the relief which is sought is relating to issuance of certain directions to the Superintendent of Police, which has already been granted by the Trial Court. However, such directions alleged to have not complied with and hence this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In that view of the matter, since we are of the opinion that, for non-compliance of such directions, the applicant is having remedy to seek action against the person who has shown disregard to the orders of the court. Hence, we do not intend to issue similar directions as issued by the Trial Court. 3.

On expressing above referred opinion, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file appropriate proceeding. 4.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty as sought for.
