DATE : 15.4.2015 Heard Shri Parag Thakare, advocate h/f Shri R.R. Vyas, advocate for the petitioners, Shri A.K. Bangadkar, the learned A.G.P. for the respondents 1 to 3 and Shri D.P. Jaiswal, the learned advocate for the respondent no.4. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at in mediation proceedings, the copy of which is placed on the record. This Court while referring the matter for mediation had directed the petitioners to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court to show their bona fides. The petitioner has not deposited the amount till date.

2 wp4483.14.14 Civil Application No.175/2015 has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission to deposit the amount. The civil application is allowed. The petitioners shall deposit the amount with the Registry of this Court within one week. As per clause (6) of the settlement, the respondent no.4 is entitled to receive this amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. After the amount is deposited by the petitioners, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- be given to the respondent no.4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

In view of the above, this civil application does not survive and is disposed of as such.
