DATE : 05/01/2022 In view of the order dated 23.3.2021, which permitted the applicant to withdraw the earlier application being Criminal Application (BA) No. 144/2021, with liberty to apply after six months, since this order was not brought to the notice of the learned trial Court, according to Mr. Chande, learned counsel for the applicant, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the trial court as directed by this Court by its order dated 23.3.2021 in the earlier proceedings. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty is already granted by the order dt. 23.3.2021 in Criminal Application (BA) No. 144/21 and does not require to be reiterated.
