By an order dated 16th August, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.5163 of 2016 and also in the present Writ Petition No.3130 of 2016, amendments were allowed to the petitions. However, the order of 16th August, 2017 makes a reference only to the amendment of Writ Petition No.5163 of 2016. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.3130 of 2016 to carry out the amendments in accordance with the prayer made in the civil application No.1600 of 2017 in the course of this week.

The writ petition to stand over to 12.09.2017. Civil Application No.1600 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly.
