Learned counsel on behalf of both the parties have filed a joint Pursis stating therein that they have settled the matter with regard to custody of child - Soumya out of the Court and that the appellant would meet the child - Soumya once in two months i.e. on every first working Saturday for three hours in the presence of Counselor of Family Court, Nagpur.

The Pursis filed by the learned counsel is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The learned counsel request this Court to pass the decree in terms of settlement.

In view of settlement between the parties, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement and
