The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 points out that, the transfer order dated 30.09.2016 was the subject matter of the Complaint (ULP) No.130 of 2016 filed by the petitioner before the Industrial Court and the said complaint came to be dismissed vide impugned judgment and order dated 07.07.2023. Hence, this petition. 3.

It is further pointed out that, during the pendency of the complaint before the Industrial Court there was a stay to the transfer order and as such, the petitioner was continued at Primary Health Centre, Satargaon. It is further pointed out that because of stay, the post at Primary Health Centre, Salona came to be filled by transferring another candidate. As such, the transfer order has lost its C.L.Dhakate

The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection for the same and accordingly, he prays for disposal of the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
