By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 44 days and restoration of First Appeal No.20876/2017, which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of 2 weeks. 3.

In view of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned.
