This is an application for speaking to minutes, whereby correction is sought in the order dated 05.10.2021. By the said order, the land owners were permitted to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation.

As prayed, order dated 05.10.2021 is ordered to be corrected and be read as under:

On due consideration, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 4/claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the aforesaid amount with accrued interest thereon subject to furnish usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial)".
